Group Leader:
Please make a copy of this sheet available to each member of your group.

1) After unloading, all vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking area. (Due to different weather conditions, driving on the grounds must be approved prior to doing so.)

2) Sponsors, group leader or contact person must maintain supervision of all members of their group .

3) Please notify our Camp Director immediately of any accident or injury. We will strive to help as soon as possible in all medical emergencies.

4) The leader of the retreat group should inform the group of the meal times and strive to have all in their party eat at the designated times. Any exception must be pre-arranged .

5) After meals, please have campers take dishes to the washing area or trash receptacles. Scrape and stack all dishes neatly. No glasses, dishes, etc. are to be taken from the dining area & absolutely none in cabins.

6) Adequate and competent supervision are required at each of the recreational events .

7) Unauthorized use of firearms or fireworks is strictly prohibited within CGN and subject to law.

8) Only God can make a tree so none are to be defaced or chopped down.

9) All profanity, immoral conduct of any nature, and immodest dress are forbidden at CGN.

10) Forthe safety and peace of all the campers, pets are not permitted to visit .

11) No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription drugs shall be permitted on the premises, nor shall anyone who is under the influence of either be allowed on the premises .

12) Because of fire hazards, no campfires or fires of any nature are permitted at CGN except scheduled campfires in designated areas.

13) CGN is a NON-Smoking facility. Therefore, no smoking is permitted.

14) Males and females must not visit each other’s cabins or rooms, and there is to be no NIGHTTIME RAIDING OF CABINS.

15) Upon departure please sweep, vacuum and clean out all cabins used by your group. Pick up all trash around your cabin and deposit in OUTSIDE trashcans.

16) If there is breakage or damage to property or major clean up, cost is attributed to your group. There will be an additional fee to cover the damage or cleaning fee of up to $125.00

17) The group leader or contact person is responsible for damage cost and will be required to do a “Walk Through Inspection” prior to departure with a staff member of CGN.  

Please make every attempt to leave the facilities in the same condition as when you arrived. Thank you.

Upon signing this statement, WE have read and agree with the conditions listed above and will honor and respect these conditions and in failing to do so may result in our removal from Camp Good News property with no refunds of money paid or due for services provided by Camp Good News.
